Day 1: Cusco - Cuper Alto.
We leave Cusco at 9 am. Over a distance of approximately 1.20 hours to reach high Cuper. On the way we appreciate the typical landscapes of the area and the lagoon Piuray which is currently providing water to the Cusco city. Getting high Cuper we welcome the locals with whom they share two days. Then do a site survey, then we see the distribution of accommodation and camp the first night, this day visit the place where some families share their daily lives and go their fields to see the planting and / or product harvest area for preparing food. Optionally we can participate in farm work. At night we share a typical dinner, and then we have a welcome ceremony accompanied by campfire, music, dance and stories and legends of the place. Lunch / Dinner.
Day 2: Visit the lookout..(0pcional)
This day we hike approximately 5 hours Qori the viewpoint of staff (a Quechua word meaning golden staff) during the walk you can appreciate the flora and fauna. Arriving at the viewpoint we have a panoramic view of the sacred valley, the snow, and mountain: Pumahuanca, Chicon, Veronica, Salkanatay, Pitusiray and Sawuasiray. This day can be exploited to ride to the chapel of Umasbamba in a time of 2 hours (optional) or make the trek to Lake Piuray. Then we have lunch in the dining room of the camp, and then appreciate the display of the process of weaving in the area explained by family members who have joined us. Later in the afternoon return to Cusco where they stop at your hotel.
